Ground assessment

Specialist engineers survey the site. GPR void detection, laser level mapping, and soil testing identify the exact problem — depth, extent, cause.

Precision drilling

Small-diameter holes drilled through the slab in a calculated pattern. No excavation. No heavy machinery. No structural disruption to your facility.

Polymer injection

Two-component structural polymer injected under controlled pressure. It expands to fill voids, densify weak soil, and lift the slab — monitored to millimetre accuracy.

Operational clearance

Drill holes patched flush. Site cleaned. Operations resume — typically within hours. No curing time. No return visits. No ongoing maintenance.
